Xbox One not installing game.

Ok my Xbone is havin a problem. I am trying to install Dead Rising 3 but whenever it gets to 59% it says "installation stopped" and says the disk may by dirty. Its not. Its perfectly clean.

It has a 16gb update that I cant download. Cause no internet to handle that.

Advice?

Hard reboot. If that doesn't work uninstall DR3 and re-install it

Have you tried turning it off and back on?

But seriously, uninstall the game, clear the system cache, hard reboot, COMPLETELY disconnect from the Internet (clear your wifi settings), then try installing it.

If you have the wifi settings in for a connection though, it could be trying to download files and failing.

iirc games were unplayable on launch day without the day1 patch. No idea if they'd have updated the in box OS since then. If nothing else ends up working that might be the problem.
