I had around 50 days of gametime on MW2 so that's nothing
Micro transactions aren't an issue as long as content isn't restricted to these. As far as I can tell it's only xp boosts and increased drop rates. If people want to spend their own money to give themselves a little boost, practically destroying any enjoyment they can draw from it, rather than actually playing it that's their decision. It doesn't take any fun out of the game for you.I haven't played recently, so feel free to call me out on any of this.
Quote from: CockRocket on October 13, 2015, 11:31:21 PMWhy are these emotes randomly more expensive than every other one when they are all cosmetic? They want to make more money plain and simple.Even the shills over at Planet Destiny are pissed off by this. This is the fucking shit that irks me, and why I'm so adamantly against these publishers. It's why I play their expansions illegally. They have different tiers of emotes, and the Legendaries cost more. They knew which ones would be more popular, and made those ones just expensive enough to necessitate a $5 purchase.

The top person has 4788 hours...That's 200 days...

well I mean if they made all the emotes cheap enough to get with the free silver why would anybody buy it?
3. They will be selling starter packs and XP boosts in the future.

This isn't confirmed, and is unlikely since they've said purchases will be cosmetic.
Even then, a small fee to get to the starting point of the current content isn't a big deal. It's common in MMOs.

Take off your spin metal hats everyone there's no grand conspiracy here.
Why do people still support the hollow shell that is the current Bungie? Even if I liked the game, I still don't think I would continue playing just because of how they treated their community and this game.
Next people are going to find out Bungie is data mining them.

I thought every online game datamined you?
