Orbeck disappears if you don't give him scrolls. Yuria also leaves if you heal the dark sigil.

How did you manage to lose Orbeck? I got him to stick around on both my playthroughs, and I'm not using sorceries on either.

 How the fuck is anybody supposed to know this shit?  Iv'e done a good amount of exploring and haven't found a single fucking sorcery scroll. every single fucking one of them for miracles.

There's two in Farron Keep. The area to the left of the Crucifixion Woods where you found him. You only need to give him one scroll to stop him from leaving.

Hopefully you're not running a pure caster build, because you've missed out on some pretty essential sorceries.

I'm at level 60 and at the Ithryll Dungeon.

That's a long way off. Find a weapon with low requirements, upgrade the shit out of it.

Astora Straight Sword is great. Only needs 10 STR/DEX. Infuse with magic for extra goodness.

Become melee wizard.

Railroading people into a horribly gimped build and removing an entire play-style from the game for something they couldn't have possibly seen coming is absolutely shit game design. They could at least have that shit come earlier so that i don't waste FIFTY FUCKING HOURS OF MY LIFE before the game decides to slap me in the face with such a massive penalty with no fucking warning.

They might as well have deleted my character and mailed me a bag of shit.
I don't want to spend another 50 hours redoing the exact same fucking thing. This should not happen. It needs to be changed.

Respec at Rosaria if it's such an issue. You've been able to lose merchants since Dark Souls 1.

There are also several spells available to find, but merchants have always been the primary means of learning any magic.

Forget what I said earlier. This is WORSE than having your character deleted.

I don't know about sorceries, but some of the best miracles you have to find.

Lightning Spear, Lightning Stake, Great Heal, Wrath of Gods, Lightning Blade.

Matter of fact, I don't even use any of the miracles you can buy from the merchants.

Oh so the Firekeeper spawns back too. Only not immediately.

They didn't say anything worth talking about either. Just the occasional "why?" and "please don't do this".
