And Souls II obviously wasn't as good as the first. But there's still fun to be found in the game regardless.

The environments are bland and weirdly placed and some of the bosses feel underwhelming.
get Bloodborne, its the better game

I already have DS2 with all the DLC. Is there any reason to get this?

I got it today. So the new enemy placements are a bit shit, they just added more enemies and didn't really fix anything. The enemies are there because they can be, rather then it be engaging and fun.The new item locations are good and fun, finding them again is nice.More people in PvP is pretty fun, going through and area with three people is fun, mainly because of the new enemy placements.I'd say hold off until you can get it for 15-25% off, unless you don't have the DLC then you should get it.
I want to play it just because. Is there any continuity with the first game?

If you all attack at the same time you can stunlock a lot of the bosses now. So the easy ones like the Dragonrider get just utterly destroyed almost instantly.
