Yeah I always thought the game had development issues or something pretty sure it was Activision's fault for the struggle even though the blame goes to Bungie for the story still can't fathom how bad and cringe worthy it is.

I read all that and I'm not surprised. It made me think how much is exactly on the disc that someone could data mine for. I would love and pay to see if any of the original content is still on the game.

Hell a voice file or just a partial character design that they forgot to remove.

Meh. Deej is a PR guy so I can't really take his word anymore than I can an anonymous 'employee's'. The thing about the exo intro does make perfect sense to me.
 
Though I don't think it matters if its true or not. The problem is that its easily believable. The campaign is so lacking in that game that I could believe that they gutted it at the last second. Which is pretty damning either way.
