I think the best questline is the one for Namira when you combine it with the killable children mod.

Skyrim was shit.
The story for the theives guild had you playing the exact same way you played for the companions.
I literally tried to play a sneaky thief during the story and was held up thanks to some retard getting knocked out 24/7.

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.

There was a stealth element though. You could bust through it... I'm an expert on breaking Elder Scrolls quests. But it was there. You either had to abide by it or be a smartass like me. Most of the other questlines didn't place a stipulation that strong on you.

Dark Brotherhood. Playing on higher difficulty makes it more attractive to actually go stealth rather than run through.

At the end of it I like that my character which can only do the basic of spells ends up being in charge of this college instead of some mage/witch that's for more experienced than what I am. After all defeating the bad guy with a sword and no magic at all is what this college about magic is about, right?

Skyrim's design was shit, it doesn't matter what quest you're on.
