Best Crush 40 Sonic song?

I'm not really a huge fan of Sonic games, but I did enjoy Heroes, Adventure 2 and (sigh) Shadow the Hedgehog (I WAS A KID OK?)

One of the things that really stuck out to me was the music by Crush 40. It was fucking awesome, I used to replay the songs over and over in the music section.

So which one is your favorite? Mine's definetely What I'm Made Of.

I can't think of Sonic without the autism with it, but I still feel Live and Learn was easily the best one.
