Nobody is asking the important question; What level of meme tier bad will the tacked on Campaign be? And will we get a character worse than Irish?
I'd doubt it, considering the complete lack of Vehicles.

Irish was an insufferable piece of shit and I was glad to send him to his death, even if it was ten missions too late

BF started out as a MP only game and it will always be that way even with the shoehorned campaign. Really, why focus on the weakest part of the game which doesn't attract new players or keeps them playing? If anything it's just there as an entertaining training ground for the MP.

You'd have more variety in pistols and revolvers than primary weapons.-No vehicles of any sort (unless you count horses, and "Tanks" that were near useless.-Static maps to reflect the trenches-No macro/micro destruction because everything is alreasy destroyed or mud.Already dissapointed and HIGHLY doubtful before it's out.Blimps, planes, experimental tanks up the asshole, motorcycles, horses, armoured cars, armoured personnel carriers, and mobile artillery.Great, so transport and reconnaissance vehicles then. Not exactly combat worthy, eh?And don't get me started in SPG's. The unbalance among those things is retarded for a supposedly "dynamic" game, it just reinforces the static movements of battle.

If anything it's just there as an entertaining training ground for the MP.I know BF started as MP only and I do think it should stay MP only, but we all know that since BF has started ripping shit out of the CoD playbook, they've been including shitty campaigns for their last few games. To expect any different for BF5 is delusional, so rather than hoping against hope, I'd rather them try to at least make a decent one than another fucking joke. We know it's going to happen. I hate that it'll happen, but DICE and the BF games have steadily been going downhill. Expect a campaign. They better not have a rehash of Irish in it, either. Fuck Irish.
I want Bad Company 3 though...
does nobody care that this allows for chemical warfare on a really large scale?
Quote from: Ajax on March 04, 2016, 10:06:53 AMdoes nobody care that this allows for chemical warfare on a really large scale?Would consoles and even normal gaming PC's be able to handle that? Having large scale combat along with gas is going to be demanding.
They should just make a medieval Battlefield game tbh.
