They go for the stereotype kinda for a lot of the characters, with a bit of their own flare. That's the entire point.

The depiction of cowboys (and in a sense, Sheriffs) from the Wild West tends to have the same general look.

I think his design is rather unique.

And I would say their own flare IS enough, considering the personalities that have spawned from the characters and said interactions. They mesh well together, like.... the Left 4 Dead 2 cast as opposed to the Left 4 Dead 1.

I played Overwatch for the first time in forever today and they gave Dva an emote with the Doritos and Mountain Dew while playing a game. It's nice to see Blizzard embrace it since they were more or less asking for it, but it was still a bit weird to see a meme spawn quickly and then I later find out it's in game.

Still, I only played one match because the game is very boring for me as of late.

Heh, yeah, you probably saw it by now. I've been trying to come up with a way to make it even harder to find, just like in the games. It's 1/500 right now--pretty big compared to 1/8192.
