And logically, what sort of ultimate super-soldier can't run?
Sprint is just no fun if the kill times are long enough such that, if you make a mistake you can just run away without being killed
Yes, because super soldiers 500 years in the future can't Sprint and climb ledges.

That's why Reach and Halo 4 matches were so slow. People would just run away from each other.
