If I was the developer in charge of the entire Halo franchise, I'd punish everyone because of this thread.

On a serious note though, I'd only Permaban players in my own IP title if they were to cheat.

If it's just idiots trash talking or causing shit in lobbies, with enough reports a temporary voice ban would do the trick.
