it's not that hard, just go on your pc, pop your old sd card in, crtl x, crtl v to your desktop. pop in new sd card, pop it into your pc, crtl x crtl v, problem solved.

who at nintendo had the brilliant idea of putting the SD card inside the system

it was perfect where it was on the orignal 3ds, never bothered me

i don't even have a screwdriver like that, so no transferring data for me. :(

It's really not that bad. Here's a simplified version of the method everyone's complaining about:

1. Set up your new 3DS but don't make/add your NNID.
2. Go to System Settings and find System Transfer.
3. Follow the prompts on each system and make sure that your microSD Card is bigger than your old one.
4. Click PC-Based transfer and have it transfer the built-in programs.
5. Unscrew the back panel on the new 3DS, gently remove it, take the microSD Card out and move the 3DS folder from your old SD Card to your desktop and then to your microSD Card

Then you're done. It literally took me 5-10 minutes (actually it took me 10-15 but that's because I swapped out the 4GB microSD Card for my new 32GB one), as opposed to the wireless method which I heard can take hours.
