Thel and the Swords of Sangheilios are using the Halo 4 Sangheili design.
Both designs are canon, and 343 actually established that there a different Sangheili phenotypes, yet they've gone ahead and used the Halo 4 Sangheili design.

Could there just be both variations on Thel's side too? Because it shows Jul's group having both old and new looks in Escalation. And didn't they say Jul is supposed to be losing his grip on his guys, maybe some went with the Arbiter or something.

My problem is with Thel using the Halo 4 design. His SoS using the Halo 4 design isn't that much of a problem.

Well if you look at some of their screenshots or whatever they are, the Arbiter's skin is the H2A style. Just his face and body structure is halo 4.

So... They still kept the different kinds by doing as little work possible

However i do care that the elites are now ugly af. It's bad enough that we can't play as them in MP, but now our AI companions are hideous.
