I have a question about PC gaming with fallout 4 and gaming PC's in general.

Does this look decent/look like it can run fallout 4? If not what should I change?

I'm questioning your decision to go with an AMD processor, only 8 GB of RAM, and Windows 10, but other than that you should be able to run it fine. Maybe not on ultra settings, but it'll run fine none the less.

I'm also going under the assumption that this is the lowest definition of "run".

Any recommendations? I dint really know what I'm doing.

I don't know the difference between the company's so I don't know which is better, I've been able to run NV on 4GB and that was the required amount  and I can switch it to more if it's not too costly, I chose windows 10 because I think it's a good OS and I've had no problems with it + Xbox streaming with it sounds nice.

As a general rule of thumb Intel > AMD for processors. AMD is really just good for budget PCs, in fact the only reason they're still around as a hardware manufacturer is because they keep securing exclusive deals with the console makers. You'll be ok with an AMD GPU though since between them and NVIDIA it's really just a personal preference thing in my experience. However AMD cards really struggle with tessellation.

People might tell you that 8GB is fine and it probably is right now, but modern PCs are going to start having 16 GB of RAM here soon, so it wouldn't hurt to grab an extra 8.

The OS thing is just a personal preference. I'll probably upgrade to 10 if/when the security shit is taken care of.

In regards to modern games Windows 10 is fine. NVIDIA vs AMD is not personal preference the NVIDIA drivers run better on games in nearly every case (fallout 4 among others) and their cards are better than AMD counterparts not considering price.

AMD CPU is bonkers and should not be considered unless you're not playing modern games.

Eh, that could be due to developers not optimizing for their cards though. I don't pay much attention to AMD, but I've got a buddy who swears by them.

I will say that the AMD community is a bunch of piss babies though. They were complaining about some game that apparently was purposely tessellating objects in order to give them worse performance and make NVIDIA look better. Sounds like a bunch of conspiracy spinning and buyers remorse to me. They should know that AMD cards suck dick when it comes to tessellation.
