Nah, that would require multiple playthroughs because of the karma trophies. Just all of the quests that have achievements tied to them.

Actually I've been a fan of Fallout for a long time (Since Fallout 3 i've been playing a lot of Fallout games except for BOS) It's not like that Fallout 4 isn't a bad game (it's not) It just doesn't seem much as fun like the older Fallout (every fallout except for BOS) saying that Fallout isn't for me is like saying Halo isn't for me. Let the initial "newness" of the game wear off, then your complaints will have more ground.

I think the initial reason they don't listen is because you rushed through the main story (aka speedran it).

I'm beginning to dislike the dialogue wheel, it's not the dialogue itself or the fact the character talks, it's more the lack of variety of options

they can though. console mods for fallout 4 are gonna be super restrictive in what you can get.
plus mods aren't for every game on consoles. it's just fallout 4.

Well, they still kind of can. Because of the PS4 and Xbone's hardware limits, nothing too adventurous can be brought to them. While they might get a few item reskins or new dialogue, there won't be any graphics overhauls or massive new locations.
