Actually, now I think about the DLC's in general (Best to worst)

Lonesome Road
Dead Money
Old World Blues
The Pitt
Operation: Anchorage
Broken Steel
Point Lookout
Honest Hearts
Mothership Zeta
Agreed except I'd swap Operation Anchorage and Honest Hearts

Nah. HH doesn't really do anything for me. The only things I really care about in it are the desert ranger armour and joshua graham's groodalicious voice acting. That said, I would like to see more about salt lake city and what is going down in that area. But the DLC itself is really quite short and there's literally two characters in the entire thing I care about, and one died two hundred years ago. I don't fell any particular connection to any of the tribes, nor d i really hate the white legs, so I never really care about killing them. Whereas the other DLC's were filled with great writing and characters, this one felt really quite bare.

I'm really interested in the pre-war period, so Anchorage really fills that niche for me.
I kinda feel the same way about Anchorage, in that all it has going for it is the nice winterised T-51B and Gauss Rifle. It's too action orientated for a game with bad gunplay in my opinion. Whereas at least Zion was nice looking and good to explore.

Operation anchorage and the Pitt > any dlc.

You obviously haven't played old world blues, dead money or lonesome road

I like that part in the Pitt where you carry the baby around in your pocket.

Dead Money is amazing. The key is exploring, to find codes, chips and items. If possible, get a high explosives skill so you can craft tin grenades.  It's a much more enjoyable DLC if you take your time and play it tactically rather than blindly rushing in to get it out of the way as quick as possible.

That (The rushing) part was what I did on my first playthrough and I hated it. Now I can do it on the higher difficulties+ hardcore just fine.

DM really has some of the best characters, especially if you talk to veronica at all in the ame.

Old World Blues is easily one of the best because of the theme. The dialogue and overall setting really look like they've come out of a 50's sci fi B-Movie, moreso than the rest of the series. Plus, all three really link their stories together beautifully.

I did like the characters ,and I do take my time when I play it, I've played it about ten times now.

I cant argue with progress, just you.

I'm almost afraid to think if they could even top New Vegas' dlc

They were just that good
I loved all of them except Honest Hearts. That kinda sucked.
<_________________________________________________ ______________<

That was my favourite, although when I think about it damn near all of them were great.
It might just have been the uh... contrast... with Dead Money.

I mean at the time I absolutely fucking hated Dead Money but after I'd finished it and read that there was a subtle bit of moral irony behind the end vault I hated it a little less.

How if you tried to leave the vault with all of the goodies you would just die over and over and over and over again. You could cheat or glitch sure, but trying to leave legitimately was borderline impossible so it was something of a lesson in letting it go and not falling victim to greed >_>
I dont know about you but I got almost all the bricks. I didnt necessarily hate dead money but I did hate the enemies. Fucking ghost men.

I took all the stuff in the vault and a few bricks instead, it was kind of shitty really because I imagine if I made a super stronk packmule character (higher level etc) I could have gotten away with more maybe but bleh.

There's very few vendors in the game that can buy the gold anyway.

I always enjoyed breaking the bank at the Sierra Madre, turning all my chips into pre war money, and then going back to the Mojave with 20k pre war fat stackz and buying shit with it instead of caps for ages

Pretty sure all of them are. There's only a small amount of fertile land left on the planet.
